silky dark chocolate ganache with a soft premium chocolate caramel center enrobed in dark chocolate.

white demitasse, solid white chocolate. 

RIE:

truffe creme brûlée, chocolate caramel and white chocolate ganache with a caramel sauce in milk chocolate shell enrobed with white chocolate and decorated with brown sugar. alternatively, marbled belgian seashell made of dark, white and milk chocolate and creamy hazelnut praliné filling. 

LUDA: 

dehydrated lemon chiffon infused white chocolate decorated with crushed macadamia topping.
